Term 1 Events

Summer has finally arrived. A6 is enjoying swimming and we have been practising being safe in the pool. I am looking forward to our trip to the aquatic centre next Tuesday (5th December), so thank you to those parents who are coming to help on the day.
We are getting close to the Christmas season. The children are practising a few carols, so that always feels like Christmas is not far away.

Term 3 Topic - Habitats

I am learning to recognise the different habitats that different animals live in.

My habitat is the New Zealand bush.  Some animals that live here are fantails and a kiwi and a pukeko.  A kiwi has a long beak so it can pick up worms.
